About Us

Ezi Returns is an international enterprise with registered businesses in both the UK and France and works with key partners in many other countries. 


First & foremost we are a service business.  We come from a background with over 18 years of retail and e commerce experience selling through various channels into various markets both in store and online,  We feel we fully understand the issues faced by both customers and retailers in handling returns quickly, efficiently and at a cost-effective price.

Having been sellers ourselves through our own website and various marketplaces including Amazon, Ebay, Rakuten etc. we fully appreciate that a reliable and efficient local returns solution is fundamental in ensuring high quality, hassle-free customer service that adds profit to the bottom line of your business.

We started our returns service in late 2015 starting in France & the UK and shortly after that in Germany, Spain and then Italy.  In 2016 we expanded to offer returns solutions in the USA & Canada and from January 2018 we added Ezi Returns in Australia.

Summer 2019 sees new hubs in The Netherlands, Portugal & Switzerland with more locations planned  in the near future.

Our growing number of happy customers is testament to our philosophy. Keep it simple, efficient and cost-effective.

Mark

Managing Director 

& Founder


Mark’s background includes running various businesses for over 20 years with over 18 of those years in retail and e commerce.  Mark founded Ezi Returns after experiencing the challenges of expanding an eCommerce business internationally first hand. Mark’s role varies from the strategic development of the business down to day to day duties  ensuring he keeps a firm understanding of Ezi customers needs. Marks aim - to simplify the complicated world of logistics!

Lorna

Director - Operations, Logistics 

& Customer Services


Lorna joined Ezi Returns at the start of 2017 and quickly began making her mark in driving the business forward. With her attention to detail and many years experience in retail and e commerce, Lorna has been in the same position as many sellers have, and understands the issues faced with international returns. Lorna is responsible for overseeing the shipping operations from our hub partners to the retailers and keeping the MD in check.

Leanne

Accounts, Admin & 

Customer Services


Leanne has been with Ezi since early 2018 and as the business has grown a lot in that time, she has been a fundamental part of that growth doing almost every job there is!  Her main role is taking care of the business accounts and admin responsibilities. She is also a point of contact handling new customers set up as well as helping out and dealing with customer service related duties.

Marcus

Marcus joined Ezi in October 2018  just as Ezi was experiencing huge growth in clients and at the peak time of year. His main role is all things related to customer services. This includes dealing with queries, new customer inquiries, on-boarding new clients and much more. Marcus brings German, English, Spanish & French language skills enabling us to offer customer support in these languages. 

Joanna

Joanna started with Ezi in March 2021 bringing extensive customer service experience from previous roles in the logistics world.

Joanna's role includes dealing with customer queries, couriers and shipping operations.
Joanna is based in the UK and speaks English & Polish.

Freya

Freya has been with Ezi since 2018 where she worked in our French hub so has first hand experience of our operations.

Freya now works in customer services and admin with specific responsibility for shipping and customs processes.
Freya is based in France and speaks English and French. 

Austin

Shipping 

& Fulfilment Operations


Austin Joined the team in June 2021 to oversee the implementation of our fulfillment services and oversee our shipping operations. 

Austin's extensive experience in logistics facilitates the continuing global growth of Ezi returns shipping operations and associated services.

Louise

Customer Service 

& Admin


Louise has been involved in our French hub  since 2019  before taking on a customer service and admin role for Ezi in September 2021.

Her hands-on experience at the hub allows Louise to fully understand the processes of the business and answer sellers questions about our services, shipping and much more. 
Based in France Louise speaks English  French

Mr B,  Mr M,  Mr X

The IT Team


Only known by their code names, the IT team are a band of IT freelance mercenaries dedicated to making the world a better place through software. 


Mr B heads up our integration developments & label portal software, 
Mr M works on internal processes and systems and 
Mr X is the main developer for our returns platform.
